The Face Shop Pomegranate Grenade Mask

The first thing I noticed about that mask was the strong fragrance, but I personally liked the scent. The sheet mask itself had no plastic backing which I liked because it’s unnecessary and isn’t contributing to plastic waste. The sheet mask itself didn’t fit my face properly as the slits for the eyes were on the smaller side, however, it was generously soaked with essence. I like to get all the essence out of the sheet masks, so I leave them on for as long as I can before it starts to dry out (generally about 30-40 minutes). This mask claims to firm and revitalize the skin because of the main ingredient, pomegranate extract. Pomegranate extract is rich in Vitamin C, a key element in collagen formation, which aids in preserving skin elasticity. Once I removed the mask, my skin felt deeply hydrated, but I didn’t notice much firming. Even after messaging in the essence, my skin still felt slightly tacky and sticky. The results were much more noticeable the next morning as my skin felt very soft and looked a bit smoother.
